2 celery
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups strained yoghurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black Pepper
1 water glass of finely ground walnuts
For the top
Walnut inside

Walnut Celery Salad
How to Make
Before starting the recipe, rinse the celery with plenty of water, peel and grate.
Saute the grated celery in olive oil for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
Put the strained yoghurt into a large mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper and whisk lightly.
Finely chop the walnuts with a knife.
Add the walnuts to the celery and mix well.
Place the celery on a serving plate.
Add walnuts on it and serve with olive oil.

Ingredients
1 medium celery
2 cups strained yoghurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup coarsely ground walnuts (you can reduce)

Firstly, mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, walnut and salt in a bowl.

Ingredients
1 small broccoli (separated into florets)
1 carrot (grated)

Broccoli Appetiser with Walnut
How to Make
Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes and drain.
Sauté the carrot in a pan with olive oil and set aside to cool.
Whisk the garlic, strained yoghurt and mayonnaise in a deep bowl. Add corn, dill and walnut and mix.
Finally, add the cooled broccoli and carrot and mix.
Place the broccoli appetiser on a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
Spinach Borani with Walnut Yoghurt
Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients
1 kg spinach (coarsely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon salt
250 g yoghurt
2 cloves of garlic
10-12 walnuts (coarsely chopped)
2 tablespoons of butter
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder
How to Make
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onion. Add coarsely chopped spinach. Roast for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the stove, add salt and season to taste.
In a separate pan, roast the walnuts with 1 teaspoon of butter and remove from the stove.
In a bowl, whisk the yoghurt with the garlic crushed in a mortar.
When the roasted spinach cools down, add the yoghurt with garlic and walnuts and mix.
In a small pan, foam the remaining butter with chilli powder.
Place the spinach borani on the service plate. Pour the butter with chilli powder all over and serve.

SEASONED CHICKEN SOUP with YOGURT
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING
1 chicken leg
1 carrot
1 courgette
2 bay leaves
1 litre of water -Salt
½ cup of vermicelli
Mint -3 cups of yoghurt
1.5 spoons of flour -½ lemon
1 egg yolk
SEASONED CHICKEN SOUP RECIPE
Boil the chicken legs, bay leaf and salt in a large pot with 2 litres of water.
Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt, flour and egg yolk with salt and lemon juice for the seasoning of the soup.
Grate the courgette and carrot in a bowl and set aside.
After the chicken in the pot is boiled, take the bay leaves and the chicken, take a spoon or two of the boiling water and pour it into the yoghurt mixture and mix. Repeat this step twice.
Pour the whole mixture into the water and mix. Then throw the vermicelli into it. Shred the chicken and throw it in again. After a little boiling, you can serve with chilli flakes. Enjoy your meal
